RETURNS POLICY

Holly Lulu is now offering Free Returns within 14 days of delivery - we will cover the cost of return shipping to send the items back to our office **

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please get in touch with us by emailing info@hollylulu.com. We will promptly reply to your email and help find the best solution for your return - whether it be a new size, a store credit or return for refund. 

All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

Please note underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. 

**If you are an Australian based customer we will cover the cost of return shipping.

** International customers must cover all return shipping fees. 

Please note that the original shipping fee paid will not be included in the order return value when a garment is returned. 

The return will not be processed until the garment/s have been received back to our office in its original unworn and unwashed condition.

All garments must have their tags connected and be in a re-sellable condition to be accepted for a return. 

We encourage international customers to post your order back to us with a reliable postal service with tracking as we are unable process the return until the garment is delivered safely to our office.
